Return and Refund Policy

We take customer satisfaction very seriously here. In case of any issue that arise with your order, please send us an email within 24 hrs. of delivery along with relevant details such as order number and customer care team will get back to you .

In relevant cases, if you have already been billed, we will issue you a full or partial refund depending on the case particulars.

In case you did not receive your order or received an incorrect order you may be issued a full refund

If part of your order is missing, you may be issued a partial refund. Refunds will be managed thru the original mode of payment.

A wrong product was ordered- If you have wrongly ordered a product we will only proceed with a refund as store credit if the product is unopened and unused.

A wrong product was sent- We will exchange it at our cost. We require a product that was sent to be returned, at our cost.

VOLUME LIMITATION- User might be contacted to confirm the order in following cases:

If the total items in an order exceed 100 items or if an order contains 15 or more same items if the order placed require more than one delivery personnel to be handled by due to volume limitation.

In all the cases, we reserve the right to limit the delivery quantity for product. If needed, not to deliver a particular product at all as per the availability of the item

AMENDING AND CANCELLING ORDERS

The user may not be able to amend the order once it has been confirmed as per the technical features provided by the service. A confirmed order is eligible for cancellation for a limited time until it is disbursed for delivery post to its submission.
