User Terms and Conditions

These User Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”) operated byPar Empire General Trading L.L.C.(“Par Empire”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Par Empire is the exclusive operator and seller on the Platform. All products and services are directly offered by Par Empire to ensure quality and consistency.
Par Empire reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and shall become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Eligibility and Registration
- Users must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the Platform.
- Registration Categories:
- Business Buyers: Must provide a valid trade license, Emirates ID, VAT certificate, and any other required documentation.
- Individual Buyers: Must provide a valid email and phone number.
- Par Empire reserves the right to approve or reject any registration request at its sole discretion.
- All communications and transactions conducted electronically via the Platform shall be considered legally binding.
- Platform features and services may be modified or discontinued without notice.
2. User Accounts
- Subaccounts may be created under a primary account holder’s profile.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
- All activity under a user account will be deemed authorized by the account holder.
- Par Empire reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance or misuse.
3. User Obligations
- You must provide accurate, lawful, and up-to-date information.
- Users must not upload or share counterfeit, offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
- Use of the Platform must comply with applicable laws and in good faith.
- Misuse of user data, manipulation of Platform functions, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
4. Transactions and Fulfilment
- Par Empire is thesole sellerfor all transactions on the Platform.
- Buyers may initiate returns in accordance with the Platform'sReturn and Refund Policy.
- Par Empire is not liable for issues arising from the buyer's use of products post-sale.
- All purchases are made at the buyer's own risk.
5. Third-Party Services
- Use of any third-party websites, platforms, or services exhibited on our website or not is at your sole risk.
- Third-party terms and fees may apply independently of Par Empire.
- Par Empire may offer You third-party services, such as payment gateways, logistic services and delivery services etc. These services may be subject to a separate agreement between You and the service provider. Under no circumstances will Par Empire be liable to You for the use of such services.
6. Limitation of Liability
- • All services are provided"as is"and"as available"without warranties of any kind.
- • In no event shall Par Empire, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and ( iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort ( including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
7. Legal Compliance
- Par Empire may disclose user information to governmental, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities as required by law. As permitted by applicable laws and policies, Par Empire may disclose a user's identity and contact information regarding a user's account, transactions or activities carried on the Platform.
- Users waive any claims against Par Empire arising from such disclosures.
8. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, content, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Par Empire.
- Unauthorized use of Par Empire's trademarks or content is strictly prohibited.

10. General Provisions
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Par Empire unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Users of the Par Empire Trading LLC website are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, or using any part of the website’s content, design, layout, or logo.
- No partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by use of the Platform.
- If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Terms shall remain enforceable.
- Par Empire General Trading LLC shall not be held liable for fulfilling any obligation or any delay in delivery caused by Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, acts of government, labour disputes, port congestion, or vessel delays. Such delays shall be deemed excusable and shall not amount to a breach by Par Empire.
- Par Empire has the right to assign the Terms to any person or an entity. You may not assign these terms to any person or entity, without written consent from Par Empire.
- In case of any infringement of Par Empire Trading LLC logo and trademarks, Par Empire has the right to pursue the liable party legally in the courts of Dubai, UAE
- These Terms are governed by the laws of theUnited Arab Emirates, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of thecourts of Dubai.
